Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class, you can do so through our online booking system, provided you give 24 hours or more notice before your class. If you have cancelled with 24 hours or more notice, your credit will automatically get put back into your account. Any credits returned to you after a cancellation must be used before the expiry of your Class Pass. The expiry of your Class Pass cannot be extended or transferred. If you give less than 24 hours notice and need to cancel your class, you will not be given your credit back. If you needed to cancel due to sickness or injury, please email us with a medical certificate and we can assess.
