Take your pole dancing to the next level with our BEGINNERS L2 class at Phoenix Pole Studios. Led by some of our top-level instructors, this class is designed to help you build and strengthen your foundational skills while developing new techniques. Gain a deeper understanding of yourself as a pole dancer and acquire essential skills that will help you grow and advance in your practice. Cancellation Policy

At Phoenix Studios, safety, inclusivity, and fun are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure all students get the most out of our School Holiday Aerial & Pole Masterclasses, please read and follow the guidelines below: 1. Bookings & Payments Bookings are essential to secure your place. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the class will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible student if arranged in advance. If Phoenix Studios needs to cancel a class, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 3. Age & Eligibility Kids Workshops: Ages 6–12 (split into appropriate age groups). Teen/Adult Workshops: Ages 13+. Students must be within the age requirements for their class. 4. Health & Safety Students must disclose any injuries or health concerns prior to class. Our instructors are trained to provide safe, supportive guidance. However, aerial and pole activities carry inherent risks, and participation is at your own discretion. Students (and parents/guardians for under 18s) must sign a waiver prior to participation. Appropriate attire is required: Aerial: leggings/tight-fitting active wear (no zippers or sharp objects). Pole: shorts and a fitted top for grip. Jewellery must be removed before class. 5. Behaviour & Conduct Respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students is expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay in the waiting area but are not permitted inside the training space unless invited. 6. Photography & Media Phoenix Studios may take photos/videos during workshops for promotional use. If you prefer your child or yourself not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the class. 7. Arrival & Pick-Up Students should arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and warm-up. For kids’ classes, parents/guardians must collect students promptly at the end of the session. ✨ This policy ensures everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and inspiring experience while joining our holiday aerial & pole masterclasses.
