CLASS CREDIT USAGE POLICY

All class credits must be used within the term in which they are purchased. Credits cannot be rolled over or deferred to a future term for any reason other than those stated below.

Suspended membership credits must also be used within the same term. In cases of significant medical circumstances such as surgery or pregnancy, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Phoenix Pole Studios upon presentation of appropriate medical documentation.

WAIT LIST POLICY

Students have the ability to add themselves to the wait list for any fully booked class. Should a spot become available:

  1. The first in line will automatically be added to the class.

  2. Students will receive a text message once they've been added.

It is each student's responsibility to ensure they have opted in to receive SMS notifications. Students must respond to the SMS immediately with a 'Y' or 'N.'

A class will be forfeited if:

  • You do not respond to the SMS.

  • You No-Show (a strike will also be applied).

  • You cancel within the 24-hour cancellation window (considered a late cancellation).

Please treat the wait list as you would a booked class and remove yourself if you are no longer available to attend.

UNABLE TO MAKE A CLASS?

If you are unable to make your class, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the start time. This will return the class to your account for reuse within the same term.

  • After a 4th late cancellation, all remaining reservations will be released but credits will remain on your pass for booking manually.

Late cancellations made after the class start time are considered No-Shows.

To attend during suspension, contact the studio on the day to check availability.
