Pole Hire
Terms & Conditions.

Hire Details

  • Hire Fee: $350 per night

  • Security Deposit: $1000 refundable deposit or credit card pre-authorisation is required prior to collection or delivery.

  • Hire Period: One night (24 hours) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

1. Payment & Booking

  • Full payment of the hire fee is required to confirm your booking.

  • The security deposit must be paid or authorised before the equipment is collected or delivered.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

 

2. Collection, Delivery & Return

  • Equipment must be collected and returned at the agreed times.

  • Late returns will incur an additional fee of $100 per day unless prior arrangements are made.

  • The hirer is responsible for loading, transport, and safe return of the pole and all parts.

  • Delivery and setup are available upon request for an additional fee, which will be quoted based on location and requirements.

 

3. Use of Equipment

  • Hire includes use of poles, aerial rig, silks, lyra, and sound system.

  • Use of yoga mats, straps & blocks, resistance bands, pull up bars and gym rings is not included unless approved in writing.

  • Personal electrical equipment must meet Australian safety standards.

  • Any damage to studio equipment or property during the hire period is the hirer’s responsibility.

 

4. Equipment Care & Responsibility

  • The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment from the time of collection until it is returned.

  • The pole must be used only as intended — for safe and appropriate pole dance or fitness purposes.

  • Equipment must be kept clean and dry. Please wipe down all parts after use.

  • Do not use body oils, lotions, or substances that may damage the pole’s surface.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear will be assessed and charged from the deposit.

 

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • The full cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit if the pole or components are damaged, lost, or stolen during the hire period.

  • If costs exceed the deposit amount, the hirer agrees to cover the remaining balance.

 

6. Safety & Liability

  • The hirer must ensure the pole is set up and used on a flat, stable surface in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

  • Phoenix Studios accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages caused during transport, setup, or use of the equipment.

  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring all users are trained in safe pole usage.

 

7. Refund of Deposit

  • The security deposit will be refunded (or credit pre-authorisation released) once the equipment is returned, inspected, and deemed to be in good condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

 

8. Promotion

If you post photos or videos from your hire, we’d love to see them! Please tag or credit @Phoenixstudios in your posts to help us share the pole love.

 

9. Agreement

By hiring the X-Stage Pole, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.
